Description

The Young Professional-in-Training programme at Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) is a two-year graduate development opportunity designed to help unemployed South African graduates gain valuable work experience and professional skills in their chosen field.

Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in the two-year Young Professional-in-Training programme within Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM)
  • Gain practical workplace exposure and experience across various departments and depots
  • Assist with administrative and support functions related to Social Work and Human Resources
  • Contribute to employee wellness initiatives, counselling support, and social development programmes

Qualifications

  • B Degree in Social Work (minimum NQF Level 6 or higher)
  • Must be a graduate from a DHET-registered institution (University or University of Technology)
  • No prior work experience required in the field of study
  • Must be an unemployed South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
